Design and pre-construction
Project management coordinated design teams, cost control, value engineering, programme development and risk management ahead of construction.
Construction and fit-out
Delivery required coordination of groundworks, structure, MEP installation, specialist teaching spaces, furniture and equipment while maintaining programme, quality and safety controls.
Commissioning and handover
The final stages included systems testing, regulatory inspections, certification, handover documentation and management of defects.
