The brief
The hall's wooden floor had worn badly over the years. It had lost its finish, was damaged in places and was getting harder to keep clean.
What we did
Large areas of the floor were lifted, repaired and relaid. The whole floor was then sanded back and sealed with a new coat of varnish.
The result
The hall is back in use with a floor that suits the room, is easier to clean and maintain, and is safer underfoot.
