Any member of staff. Report a fault in under a minute by app, Teams or email, with a photo and a location, then watch its progress in plain language.

FM Hub

Site and estates managers. One queue for every request however it arrives, assignment to in-house staff or contractors, and planned and statutory maintenance from the same screen.

Site Team

Caretakers and site staff. Jobs on the phone: start, add before-and-after photos, sign off, or flag that a contractor is needed. Works offline and syncs later.

Contractor portal

External contractors. Only the jobs assigned to them, by secure link with no login, and they cannot mark a job complete without their certificates and photos.

Leadership Dashboard

COO, trust leaders and governors. A live, read-only view of compliance, overdue work and contractor insurance across the estate, with your position against the DfE Estate Management Standards worked out nightly.

Silver is FMProof: the five apps above. Gold adds InspectProof. Platinum adds GovernanceProof. Packages are cumulative, priced per site per year ex VAT, and the rate steps down as the estate grows because a bigger estate costs less per site to run. Unlimited users on everything; the AI is included, not metered.
